Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to every website sale between Topp Luggage and its customers. There will be no variations to these terms and conditions unless explicitly stated in writing by Topp Luggage.
Our legal business name is Topp Travelware Limited and we trade under the name, "Topp Luggage." Topp Travelware Ltd will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.
While we endeavour to supply correct information on this website at all times, mistakes, errors or omissions may occur. Topp Luggage takes no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or application of information contained on this site.
Prices shown on the Topp Luggage website are listed in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices at any time for any reason. Any variation to an order (once accepted) will result in price adjusting to reflect the variation.
Topp Luggage will accept full payment only for any online order made within New Zealand. Payment can be made via Direct Payment Services (DPS) with a Visa or Mastercard & Paypal.
Product Range and Availability
All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with Topp Luggage; however, we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.
Goods are warranted from defective workmanship and material provided that the goods are unmodified in anyway and are used for the purpose intended by the manufacturer. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the product itself provided that Topp Luggage is satisfied that the defects were defects in manufacture or in transit.
Warranties will not be extended beyond that of the manufacturer's warranty period or conditions. The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any defective goods with the procedure set out in these terms and conditions, provided that Topp Luggage is satisfied that the defects were defects in manufacture or in transit.
Because we pride ourselves on an amazing service, and a speedy delivery service, if you find once you have confirmed your order, you would like to add or alter the order we will do our upmost to change this for you, but we may not always be able to.
If you find you need to change something, contact us immediately and we will do our best for you. Once you have received your goods, we are happy to exchange them for you if you have changed your mind. For the purposes of such exchanges:
The goods being exchanged must be returned to Topp Luggage in the original, condition.
The goods being exchanged can be used as a store credit with Topp Luggage.
You must meet all postage costs for both the return of your original purchase as well as the dispatch of the replacement goods.
Every order that is dispatched from Topp Luggage is checked, to ensure the products are in the correct condition, however customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement.
The following conditions apply to items returned in these circumstances:
Where goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, they must be in original condition.
Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Topp Luggage within 90 days of receiving the product.
Topp Luggage will cover the postage costs involved for the return and replacement of any faulty or defective goods.
Delivery and Delivery Charges
Topp Luggage currently uses New Zealand Post and other reputable courier services for all of our deliveries and can offer a huge range of shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, and are usually within 1 – 4 days, some RD addresses can take an extra day, if you have any queries on your delivery, let us know and we will look into it for you.
Privacy - Personal Information
Through conducting its normal business, Topp Luggage may collect customer information including purchase history, contact and delivery details. This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party.
Customers who do not wish to have any personal information collected and used for any purpose other than that required to complete the transaction will need to express this in writing at the time of purchase.
Access to Personal Information
Personal information relating to the customer is available under the Privacy Act 1993, and the customer may request changes to the information held.
